Posh entertain Huddersfield Town at London Road on Tuesday evening (7.45pm).

Peterborough United face Huddersfield Town on Tuesday evening (7.45pm) with Darren Ferguson's men looking for their first points at London Road this season.

The Terriers moved up to third in the Championship table with a 2-1 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Galpharm Stadium on Saturday, while a last minute penalty condemned Posh to defeat at Vicarage Road against Watford.

Ferguson spoke to the press on Monday ahead of the fixture with Simon Grayson's men and admitted that he will leave it 'as late as possible' before declaring whether or not Tommy Rowe has recovered from an ankle injury.

'Yeah, it is 50-50 at the minute, we will give him as long as possible to recover, but we have other options. Kgosi Ntlhe could play there or I could change the system, we will just have to wait and see,' Ferguson said.

The Posh boss confirmed that the rest of his squad with the exception of David Hibbert and Peter Grant are available for selection and hinted that he could freshen up his starting line-up.

'We have three games in a week and there may be areas of the pitch that we freshen up the team. I said after Saturday's game that a number of players are pushing for a recall and that is still the case.

'We have back to back home games and we need to address this home form. Huddersfield are a strong side, they have some good players and are well organised. The fans are probably looking forward to the game because of the play-off win, but that won't come into my team-talk.

'The Huddersfield management and the majority of their playing squad has changed. I think they only had three players that played on Saturday that performed in that game two years ago so it is a completely different set-up,' Ferguson said.

The game is a Category 'B' fixture so there is cheaper admission at the stadium. Check out www.theposhtickets.com for more details.
