Darren Ferguson's men travel to Crawley on Saturday.
Peterborough United begin their pre-season friendly fixtures on Saturday 21st July with a trip to managerless npower League One newboys Crawley Town (3pm).
Darren Ferguson has confirmed that he will play two different XI's for each half at the Broadfield Stadium. Crawley lost the services of their manager Sean O'Driscoll before he even took charge of a game at the club with Nottingham Forest appointing the former Doncaster Rovers boss.
Crawley are likely to have five former Posh players in their squad for the fixture with Paul Jones, Josh Simpson, Sergio Torres, Arron Wickham and Dan Evans on the books of The Reds.
David Hibbert and Emile Sinclair will both be unavailable for the fixture, but Ferguson has declared a clean bill of health for the rest of the squad.
Admission for the friendly is £10 for adults, £8 for senior citizens over 65 and £5 for under 18s to sit and £9 for adults, £7 for senior citizens over 65 and £5 for under 18s to stand.
Posh will be wearing the new blue home strip in the game and fans are reminded that the shirt will go on sale from 9am in the Posh Club Shop on Monday. Fans can pre-order the shirt at www.theposhshop.co.uk.
