The Posh squad visited the Amazon Children's Ward at the Peterborough City Hospital on Thursday.
The Peterborough United squad and members of the management team visited the Amazon Children's Ward at the Peterborough City Hospital on Thursday afternoon to hand out presents to youngsters spending the festive period in the ward.
Assistant manager Kevin Russell, first team coach Eoin Jess and Academy Manager Dave Robertson were joined by Gabriel Zakuani, Bobby Olejinik, Nathaniel Knight-Percival, Michael Bostwick, Danny Swanson, Shaun Brisley, Joe Newell, Grant McCann, George Boyd, Mark Little and Dwight Gayle on the visit. Chief Executive Bob Symns was also present for the visit.
The players visited all of the children in the ward to hand out presents donated by Debenhams and Peterborough United goodies while the nurses were not forgotten with chocolates for those working on the ward.
PUTV were there to speak to some of the players, management and nurses with the feature available to view over the Christmas period.
