Goalkeeper Joe Day is expected to play 90 minutes between the sticks as he returns to full fitness following a groin injury, while left-back Scott Griffiths and striker Nicky Ajose will be involved.
James Sage, Charlie Coulson, Peter Grant and Dan Lawlor are set to be involved against a Boston side that could include former Posh defender Gareth Jelleyman.
Boston are managed by another ex-Posh player in Jason Lee. Admission prices at the Jakeman's Stadium are £10 for adults to sit and £8 for adults to stand. Concessions are priced at £6 to sit and £4 to stand.
