Jaanai Gordon on target again in 2-2 draw against Notts County.

Striker Jaanai Gordon scored his third goal in a week as the Peterborough United reserves drew 2-2 with Notts County on Wednesday afternoon.

The talented 16-year-old finished superbly after riding two challenges to give Posh an early lead against the Magpies, who included several trialists in their starting line-up.

The visitors levelled the scores from close-range and got themselves in front following a set-piece.

Goalkeeper Joe Day made a fine triple save to keep the score at 2-1 before another teenager, Jermaine Anderson, converted a fine run and cross from trialist Robert Pervan to level the scores.

Jonson Clarke-Harris was lively throughout and tested the goalkeeper with his powerful left-foot on several occasions, while Charlie Coulson also went close.

Nathaniel Knight-Percival and Danny Swanson both got an hour under their belts while Mark Little completed 75 minutes of the fixture.

Posh: Day, Knight-Percival (sub Butt), Richens, Sage, Little (sub Hendry), Coulson, Lawlor, Pervan, Swanson (sub Wood), Clarke-Harris, Gordon (sub Anderson).
