Darren Ferguson is expecting a tough test at Reading in the Capital One Cup.
Peterborough United manager Darren Ferguson admits the second round tie at Reading in the Capital One Cup will be 'tough'.
theposh.com broke the news to the Posh boss as the draw was being conducted live on Sky Sports News.
Ferguson said: 'It is a tough draw, but it is a good game for us. They are a Premier League side and it is always good to test yourselves against top opposition.
'It is a cup tie, we will approach it in the right manner and hopefully go there and give a good account of ourselves.'
Skipper Gabriel Zakuani is also relishing the chance to play against Premier League opposition and believes his team-mates are capable of providing a cup shock.
'It is a tie we can look forward to. We played them twice last season and they were good games. We beat them at London Road and were unlucky at their place.
'I think we have the ability in the squad to cause a shock. It is always good to test yourselves against Premier League players and we will go there with confidence,' Zakuani said.
