I have a query regarding my tickets, who should I speak to?
For any questions you may have with regards to your tickets, you’ll need to contact your point of purchase and their customer services team will be able to help.

Can I purchase tickets on the day of the concert?
If there is availability, yes, tickets can be purchased on the day of the concert from the box office.

Can I have a refund or exchange on my tickets?
We regret that we cannot exchange, refund or transfer tickets unless the event in question has been cancelled or rescheduled. This is part of the purchase policy you agree to when purchasing tickets.

What time will the gates open?
General admission gates will open at 17:00. Hospitality gates will open at 16:00

What are the show timings?
We do not share show times as they are subject to change. We expect entertainment to begin at 7pm and finish at 11pm or just before.

BY CAR

From South (A1):
Exit the A1 at junction 17 and follow signs to Peterborough (A1139) onto the A1139 Fletton Parkway. Exit the Fletton Parkway at junction 3. At roundabout turn left onto the A1260 Nene Parkway. Take first exit and at roundabout turn right. Turn left at the next roundabout onto Shrewsbury Avenue. At T-junction after half a mile, turn right into the A605 Oundle Road. Follow road for one mile. Access to the stadium is straight on at traffic lights just before the town bridge.

From North (A1): Exit the A1 at signpost ‘Leicester, Peterborough North A47’. Turn left onto the A47. Exit the A47 after 5 miles, at junction 15. At the roundabout turn right onto the A1260 Nene Parkway. Exit the Nene Parkway after 1 mile. At the mini-roundabout by the ‘Gordon Arms’ turn left onto the A605 Oundle Road. Access to the stadium is straight on at traffic lights just before the town bridge.

From East (A47): Exit A47 at junction 18 and follow A15 all the way to the stadium.


BY TRAIN
Peterborough is a major interchange for north-south services as well as eastwest services both long distance and local. To reach the stadium, turn right out of station and head towards the main road (Bourges Boulevard). Turn right and head towards the big roundabout. Use the pedestrian underpass and head past Asda. At the traffic lights, turn right and the ground is situated on the left hand side over the town bridge. Taxi services will be available from the train station. For more information on train times visit: nationalrail.co.uk. Please plan ahead and allow plenty of time for your journey.

BY TAXI
The official taxi company for the Weston Homes Stadium, Goldstar Diamond Cars, will be in operation offering pick-ups and drop-offs. Call 01733 777 888 to book.

BY BUS
The bus station is just across Bourges Boulevard from the train station. On foot, turn right out of the station and then left, take the footbridge over the main road to the bus station. Citi 3, Citi 5, Citi 6, 31, 33 each operate to the Weston Homes Stadium. Alight at Town Bridge Corner. Please plan ahead and allow plenty of time for your journey.

Event Day Parking

There will be no onsite parking. There are a number of pay & display parking locations nearby, these include:

Queens Gate Shopping Centre – PE1 1NT – Closes at 00:00.
Approx. 2,300 spaces
Queensgate will provide a dedicated event parking.

Pleasure Fair Meadow – PE2 8AT
Approx. 396 Spaces
Located on Oundle Road it is approx. 2 minutes by foot to the Weston Homes Stadium.

Wirrina Car Park – PE1 5AP
Approx. 400 spaces
Located on Bishop’s Road PE1 5AP it is approx. 15 minutes by foot to the Weston Homes Stadium.

Accessible Car Parking
Unfortunately, there is no parking on site for blue badge holders. The nearest car park to the stadium is the Pleasure Fair Meadow where normal tariffs apply.

Venue

Is the concert seated?
The pitch and golden circle are standing areas; however, it is seated in the stands.

Please note in the seated areas people may stand around you.

Is the concert outdoors?
Yes. Please ensure you bring clothing appropriate to the expected weather conditions.

If it rains, will the concert still go ahead?
Yes, the concert will go ahead in the rain so please come prepared. Concerts are only ever cancelled if the weather conditions make it dangerous.

What are the toilet facilities?
All customers will have easy access to toilet facilities. There will be accessible toilets located at the venue.

Can I buy official merchandise?
Yes, if available, official merchandise will be available to purchase within the venue.

Is there a cash machine?
The nearest cash machine can be found on London Road at the back of the terrace side near Papa Luigi. We would suggest bringing sufficient cash.

Security

Bag Policy
Bags larger than an A4 piece of paper are not permitted. All bags are subject to a search so please avoid bringing one where you can as this would speed up your entry to the concert.

Food and Drink
Food and drink are not permitted however there are food and drink concessions within the event.

1 sealed bottled water per person max 500ml is permitted.

1 empty reusable bottle is permitted.

There will be free water re-fill stations at the venue.

If you have a medical condition, then a doctor’s note will permit diet-specific food and drink only.

Can I bring an umbrella?
Umbrellas are not permitted.

Can I bring a camera?
Any cameras that are deemed as “Professional” will be confiscated until the end of the concert.
Allowed: Non-Professional Recording Equipment (Point & Shoot Cameras, Flip Video Cameras, etc.)
Not Allowed: Professional Recording (Photo, Video, Audio) Equipment (NO Detachable Zoom Lense, Tripods or Other Commercial Equipment)

Child Policy
Children under 5 years old are not permitted into the stadium. Under 11s not permitted on the pitch and must bring ear protection. Persons under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. No under 16s in Gold Circle standing.

Ticket Limit
A max of 8 tickets per person applies for seated tickets, and a max of 8 tickets apply for Gold Circle and General Admission Standing tickets. Tickets in excess of this will be cancelled. Resale only permitted on Ticketmaster. Tickets purchased by businesses or traders will be cancelled.

Re admittance policy
Once you leave the venue you will not be allowed back in.
