E-Tickets / Digital Tickets
Supporters booking tickets can now choose to download a digital ticket to your mobile device and add it to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet. You can then simply present the digital ticket at the turnstile for it to be scanned from your device.
Supporters booking online at www.theposhtickets.com will be invited to select ‘E-Ticket/Digital Ticket’ at the delivery stage – then in the email you subsequently receive, there will be two options: A PDF E-Ticket (which can be printed out or can be scanned from your smartphone at the turnstile) or to save to your mobile wallet, and retain a digital version to be scanned on entry to the stadium.
The E-Ticket/Digital Ticket option is also available to supporters booking over the phone on the Ticketmaster hotline at 0844 847 1934*. The Weston Homes Stadium Ticket Office also offers the same choice at the point of booking.

What if I don’t receive my confirmation email and attachment?
Log back into your account at www.theposhtickets.com, go to YOUR ACCOUNT, ACCOUNT HISTORY, select your booking and click on RESEND. If it still doesn't arrive, please contact us on 01733 865674 (option 2) or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
