The match I am interested in attending is not listed in the matches available. When will I be able to book tickets for the match?
Tickets can usually be booked approximately 4-6 weeks before a match, although this can vary. Information about when seats will become available will always appear on the website in advance.

I’m a Season Ticket Holder who wants to attend a home cup-tie. I have not used the Online Ticketing System before, how do I buy my seat for a cup-tie?
Click on the sign-in link and then on ‘Activate Account’. Enter your client reference number and surname. The system will find your account, then just enter a password to activate. You can then purchase your reserved seat.

I’m a foreverposh member who wants to purchase a ticket for a game with priority, how do I do this?

Where do I find my client reference number?
If you are a season ticket holder or member, your client reference number is printed on your smartcard. If you are not a season ticket holder or member but have purchased online before, your client reference number is found in email confirmations. If you are not sure of your client reference number, email tickets@theposh.com with your name and address.

Where do you recommend that families buy tickets for at London Road Stadium?
We would recommend that families choose the South Family Stand which is has good facilities with good views. Prices are also reduced for juniors under 18 and are FREE for under 10s in this stand.

I want to buy tickets for a London Road Stadium wheelchair disabled area for a forthcoming match. How do I do this?

Will my tickets be posted out to me or will they be left for collection?
At checkout, you do have the option of 1st class post, collection, print at home facility or add access to smartcard (where possible). The cut off for postal orders is 3pm on Wednesday for a Saturday match and 3pm on Friday for a Tuesday match. Please visit the upcoming games ticket information page for specific match ticket information.

Can I buy tickets for Posh’s away games online?
Matches which we have been sent tickets for will be available online. Look out for details in the ticket news section.

I am a visiting supporter, can I buy tickets online?
Our online ticket system is strictly for use by Peterborough United supporters unless otherwise stated for special events. For reasons of safety, supporters of visiting clubs should not attempt to purchase tickets in areas of the London Road Stadium reserved for home supporters. Please note that visiting supporters who purchase tickets in home areas risk being removed from the stadium without refund. Supporters of visiting clubs must purchase tickets via their own club.

I have ordered print at home but I have not received the e-ticket, what do I do?
The first thing to check is your spam/junk folders as sometimes your email provider may list it as spam. Also check that you have entered your email address correctly in your account (log back in on www.theposhtickets.com and go to your account, personal details). From your account, you can also RESEND the pdf by clicking on your account history and selecting the booking. If you have tried all these and you still haven't received your e-ticket, please email us on tickets@theposh.com

I am a season ticket holder, can I move seats for a specific match?
Yes you can as long as you swap before a match day (also at the club's discretion). Please note that there may be an upgrade fee to pay if moving to an area with an increase in ticket price.
