Hisham joined Peterborough United following a spell with West Bromwich Albion in 2020. A combative central midfield player who likes to get on the ball, he settled into life at the club quickly and has been a regular member of the under 21s squad. Chiha suffered a lengthy spell on the sidelines, missing the first part of the 2022/23 campaign, but returned and helped the under 21s side in their Professional Development League campaign. He was also chosen for the Tunisian U20s training camp for the Fifa U20 World Cup back in May.
