At the beginning of the 2018/19 season, Hipwell joined the Posh from Thrapston Town Ladies, where she netted an impressive 18 goals in 18 appearances in the previous campaign. The forward has netted over 40 goals in around 60 appearances for the Posh prior to the 2021/22 season, having the ability to use either foot when inside the box.
