Joel Randall joined Posh in the summer of 2021 from Exeter City where he had caught the eye for a number of impressive displays. Despite being a boyhood Southampton fan, Joel joined the Exeter City Academy at U11's after being spotted at one of the club's development centres. He started a scholarship with the club in the summer of 2016. Randall has already returned to the Grecians to watch them play from the stands despite the long distance from where he grew up to where he is currently residing. Randall can operate as a central forward, in the number 10 position or from wide.
