Joel Randall joined Posh in the summer of 2021 from Exeter City where he had caught the eye for a number of impressive displays. 

By his own admission, he has struggled for consistency in his first two campaigns at Posh, but he has starred during pre-season ahead of the 2023-2024 campaign and everybody is fully behind him as he looks to become a regular starter. 

Randall can operate as a wide player or more centrally in a number ten role. His good friend Archie Collins has joined the club and both were part of the kit launch for the third kit, although it is fair to say Joel enjoyed that slightly more than Archie.
