Kids Can Watch Cup Tie For Fiver!

Posted on: Wed 18 Aug 2010

Peterborough United were drawn to face Championship side Cardiff City, who have completed the astonishing loan signing of Craig Bellamy, and juniors under 16 will be able to watch the action for just £5.

The football club have confirmed that prices for the game will be as follows:

Seating
Adults: £25
Senior citizens: £15
Students: £15
Juniors under 16: £5

Terrace
Adults: £20
Senior citizens: £15
Students: £15
Juniors under 16: £5

Season ticket holder seats will be held until 5pm on Tuesday 24th August, the evening of the game. The match is not all-ticket.

A club spokesman said: 'It will cost between £15,000 and £18,000 to stage this cup-tie at London Road because of the payments made to the police and all of the match day staff, so we feel we have to keep the prices at this rate. However, with the price at £5 for juniors, we hope that many fans of the future will be able to see us in action against a top quality side.'

Tickets can be bought online at www.theposhtickets.com, via the 24-hour hotline 0844 847 1934 and at the Posh Box Office. The game kicks off at 7.45pm on Tuesday 24th August.
