Peterborough United face Middlesbrough on Saturday and supporters have been quickly snapping up tickets for the Championship clash at London Road with over 11,000 sold by lunch time on Tuesday.

It will be Mark Cooper's first home league game in the Championship and there are less than 600 tickets remaining in the London Road Terrace while other areas of the stadium, particularly the South Family Stand are starting to sell out.

Fans are advised to buy tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Tickets are on sale from the London Road Box Office, which is open from 9am until 5pm, Monday-Thursdays and from 10am until 5pm on Fridays.

You can also buy tickets via the 24-hour hotline number 0844 847 1934 and online at www.theposhtickets.com. The game will also see the return of former Posh centre back Sean St. Ledger.

St. Ledger moved to the Riverside Stadium from Preston North End and was in the Republic of Ireland side that were beaten by France in the World Cup play-off.

Boro are now managed by former Celtic manager Gordon Strachan and recently signed Reading striker Dave Kitson on-loan from Stoke City.

Remember, that under 16s can watch the action from the Norwich and Peterborough Family Stand for just £5 and under 10s will be admitted FREE with a paying adult.
