Peterborough United will face Premier League sides Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur at London Road during pre-season to help kick-start the club's 75th anniversary.

Martin O'Neill's Villa side, boasting some top internationals including Emile Heskey, Gareth Barry and Ashley Young, will be the opposition for Darren Ferguson's men on Saturday 18th July at London Road (3pm).

On Tuesday 21st July, Tottenham Hotspur will visit London Road (7.45pm) and they are a squad packed full of top quality players including Aaron Lennon, Jonathan Woodgate and Jermaine Defoe.

The club have confirmed ticket prices for these two games with prices reduced from next season's prices to £20 for adults (seating) and £15 for adults (terrace), £12 for senior citizens, students and registered disabled and £8 for juniors under 16.

Season ticket holders' seats will not be reserved for these friendlies, tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis. Home and visiting supporters will not be segregated for these matches.

 Posh have also confirmed that they will face St. Albans on Tuesday 14th July in their opening pre-season fixture. The players will spend a week in La Cala, Marbella on their return to pre-season training at the beginning of July. Further details about the pre-season schedule will be released in due course.
