The Peterborough United second string are in action at Stevenage Borough this afternoon (2pm) and several fringe players will be looking to impress ahead of this weekend's trip to Dagenham and Redbridge.

Shane Blackett will continue to return to match fitness in the game, while Tommy Williams and Adam Newton are also pushing for a first team spot.

Strikers Liam Hatch and Scott Rendell are also looking to fire the goals to put the pressure on current occupiers of the forward positions Craig Mackail-Smith and Aaron Mclean.
