Shane Blackett is set to feature for the Peterborough United second string in tonight's Pontins Holiday Combination East League fixture at Grays Athletic (7pm).

The left-sided defender is expected to play at least 45 minutes as he continues his comeback from a knee injury.

Adam Newton, Gavin Strachan, Peter Gain, Josh Low and Rene Howe will also feature, alongside members of the Posh youth squad. Jack Lyons, Sam Gaughran and Declan Rogers are expected to travel, along with goalkeeper James McKeown.

Posh will also field Ipswich Town trialist Mike Synott.
