Paul Coutts joined Peterborough United from Scotland Highland side Cove Rangers in the summer of 2008 and has been a revelation, earning praise from top managers and pundits alike. He has an excellent right-foot and his vision to spot a pass is second to none. Coutts has already won a Scotland under 21 cap and another good season in the Championship will no doubt see him be linked with a possible international call-up.
