Due to unforeseen circumstances the Chairman will not be able to be present at the AGM on Monday 28th April. He wishes to apologise and share his disappointment at missing not only the AGM but also the penultimate match of the season at Grimsby.

'We are so busy overseas that I will have to miss both events including that lovely freezing wind at Grimsby and the AGM when we have been promoted! Nevermind, and I look forward to seeing everyone at the Darlo game.'

Darren Ferguson will be attending the AGM where he will take a short Q & A following the meeting.
