Sue Ryder Care is auctioning off the final few limited edition football shirts from Peterborough United Football Club's 2009-2010 season kit. The club kindly agreed to sponsor three charities on their kit last season including ASBAH, Free Kicks and Sue Ryder Care. The auction is on eBay and begins on Sunday 5th September at 7.30pm and will finish at 7.30pm the following week. So you better get bidding before it's too late!

Sue Ryder Care has greatly enjoyed having its logo on their kit and it is the only charity not to have auctioned off their shirts yet. So, this is the fans last chance to either collect one of the shirts worn by their favorite footballer or to complete their collection if they have already collected the other two kits already auctioned off, by the other charities.

Here at Sue Ryder Care - Thorpe Hall Hospice we are extremely grateful to those at Peterborough United Football Club for supplying us with this opportunity to raise money for the charity in this way. Emma Long a member of the fundraising team at Sue Ryder Care -Thorpe Hall Hospice explained 'It's fantastic that POSH gave the three charities the sponsorship on the kits and we at Sue Ryder Care hope to raise a lot of money from the bidding on the shirts.'

The bidding shall commence this Sunday 5th September on eBay. The minimum bid starts at £25 per shirt. So in under two weeks you could be the owner of one of the Peterborough United Football Club shirts.
