Championship side Leicester City are the final home opponents for Peterborough United in pre-season with the Foxes visiting London Road on Tuesday evening (7.45pm).

After entertaining fixtures against West Ham United, Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest, boss Gary Johnson will be looking for another solid display as preparations for the first league game of the season enter the final furlong.

With less than two weeks to go until Bristol Rovers visit London Road, Johnson will be giving his players a chance to impress with several positions still up for grabs.

Posh could welcome back Mark Little, who sat out the win over Forest with a slight knock, while Tommy Rowe could start after two weeks on the sidelines.

Chris Whelpdale, Gabriel Zakuani and Nathan Koranteng are expected to be missing, but Whelpdale could be involved in the friendly at Histon on Wednesday evening, a game that was rescheduled due to the Villa friendly.

Leicester will bring a strong squad for the game with new boss Paulo Sousa taking a closer look at the players he has at his disposal.

The game gets underway at 7.45pm with admission at the turnstiles in the London Road terrace and the South Stand. Fans wishing to watch the action in the Main Stand will need to obtain a ticket from the Ticket Office. Season ticket holders have until 5pm on Monday to obtain their discount for the game.
