Koranteng, who impressed in a 45-minute appearance at Swansea City, has worked incredibly hard in the three years he has spent at the football club and everyone is delighted that he has committed his future to the club.

Head of Youth Dave Robertson said: 'It is fantastic news for Nathan. He has worked very hard over the last three years that he has been with us.

'He now understands this is a new beginning for him ,he needs to continue to develop and continue to learn from the experiences he has enjoyed.

'His next target is to progress and continue to push for a regular spot in the first team. We are all pleased for him though and we look forward to watching him progress,' Robertson said.
