Peterborough United face a difficult Boxing Day fixture with a trip to promotion-chasing West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns (3pm).
The Baggies are hotly tipped to gain promotion to the Premier League this season and have scored more goals at home than any other side in the Championship.
TEAM NEWS
West Brom are not expected to make too many changes to their starting line-up despite being held to a 2-2 draw by Queens Park Rangers in their last match at the Hawthorns.
Posh are hopeful of having a fully fit squad to choose from with Gabriel Zakuani set to make himself available despite a groin injury.
MANAGER QUOTES
'West Brom are a good passing side and they have an excellent home record, but we will go there and try and make it difficult for them. We have back to back games against tough sides, but the lads are confident going into those matches,' Cooper said.
'I saw them lose 3-2 at Coventry recently and of course we played them earlier in the season. They haven't changed much. They've had a change of manager but they are more or less the same, apart from a centre-half they have bought in. They more or less play the same.
'The season isn't over yet, and at the beginning of the season I believed they would stay up, and I still believe they have a chance to stay up. It takes a bit of time to get to know the division and get used to it. I still think they have a chance to stay up,' Di Matteo said.
FROM THE CAMP
Midfielder Lee Freckliington is hoping for more goals from midfield. 'I have three goals in all competitions this season and that's a disappointing tally because getting forward is a big part of my game.
'Obviously I was delighted to get off the mark in The Championship last week especially as it helped us win the game and I hope it's a sign of things to come. We all need to keep chipping in with goals. We can't leave it all to the strikers and I'm confident I can score my fair share.
'I've developed a good understanding with Paul Coutts in the centre of midfield which will help. Everyone knows what a class player Paul is and with him sitting in front of the back four and controlling possession, it enables me to get forward,' Frecklington said.
