Peterborough United travel to Brammal Lane on Saturday (3pm) as Sheffield United provide the first opposition for new manager Mark Cooper and his staff.
After a chaotic week at London Road, Cooper will be looking for his team to put on a good performance against Kevin Blackwell's men.
TEAM NEWS
Posh have reported a clean bill of health for the clash with Paul Coutts and Charlie Lee overcoming minor knocks.
Blackwell has revealed Derek Geary, Lee Williamson, Jordan Stewart, Matthew Kilgallon and Andrew Davies could feature, but midfielder David Cotterill is set to sign for Swansea City. Ian Bennett has a finger injury and is unlikely to feature.
MANAGER QUOTES
'What we have had to do this week is understand how Kettering have been playing to get into the mindset of the manager - we've been analysing Kettering. We know that they send the ball long, work on set plays and use the long throws and Kettering have been good at it.
'It isn't certain but is something we have to be aware of - on the other hand their manager might send them out to carry on in the style they used before he came in. Any manager will tell you that you'd rather play against a team who are about to lose their manager rather than getting a new one in and that's the case here.
'Peterborough have some good players, the likes of McLean, Mackail-Smith and Boyd have attracted us and their lads will be trying to prove a point and impress,' Blackwell said.
'Sheffield United are a well organised side and I am sure they will see they are playing the bottom side in the Championship and believe it is a bit of a banker. It is up to us to go there, stand up and be counted and stay in the game. They will come out all guns blazing and we will need to be ready,' Cooper said.
ADMISSION DETAILS
The game is not all-ticket, so fans can pay on the turnstiles. Admission is £19 for adults, £11 for senior citizens, students and 16-18-year-olds. Under 16s will be admitted for £8.
