Peterborough United will hope to end their seven-match run without a Championship victory when they face Reading at London Road on Saturday (3pm).
The Royals, who were beaten 1-0 at home by Cardiff City in mid-week, have not made the best of starts to life in the Championship, but still have a talented squad.
Posh boss Darren Ferguson has described the fixture against Reading as a 'must win' and is confident his team can end their current run.
TEAM NEWS
Posh are still without the services of the versatile Charlie Lee due to an ankle injury, but Ben Wright is available for selection following a similar injury. Chris Whelpdale had stitches in a head wound at Leicester City, but is hopeful of being fit.
If Whelpdale misses out, Shaun Batt is on standby to take his place and showed his credentials with two goals in the reserve success over Norwich City.
Paul Coutts is pushing hard for a starting berth, but Ferguson could stick with the side that recorded a third successive 1-1 draw on Tuesday night.
Reading boss Brendan Rodgers hopes to have midfielder Brynjar Gunnarsson back in his squad for the trip to Peterborough. The Iceland international came off during last Saturday`s goalless draw with Doncaster after picking up a hip injury and he missed the 1-0 defeat to Cardiff on Wednesday night.
However, he is expected to be fit to return as the Royals look for a win against struggling Posh. Reading made it 13 home games without a victory against Cardiff - a run stretching back to January - but they did triumph at Barnsley on their last away day.
Club captain Ivar Ingimarsson was back on the bench against Cardiff after eight months out with a knee injury but Darren O`Dea is expected to remain alongside Alex Pearce in the back four. Jobi McAnuff (back) and Chris Armstrong (knee) remain sidelined while Shane Long could be back after a knock.
MANAGER QUOTES
'Our run without a win is a bit embarassing, so this weekend's game against Reading is a must-win one. We should have won at Leicester on Tuesday night, but I am fed up of saying 'we should of won'. Reading are another massive club who have played in the Premier League and I have seen them in action myself recently,' Ferguson said.
PLAYER QUOTES
'I would take a scrappy 1-0 win on Saturday, but it would be nice to be able to play our style of football and still come out with three points. Our performances have been good of late, earlier on in the season it was individual defensive errors that were costing us, but we have rectified that, we just need a bit of luck at both ends of the pitch,' George Boyd said.
ADMISSION DETAILS
The game is not all-ticket, so supporters can gain admission at the turnstiles for the London Road Terrace and the South Stand. Tickets are available at the Box Office for the North Stand. Turnstiles will be open from 1.30pm.
