Peterborough United Director of Football Barry Fry has confirmed that Aston Villa, Tottenham Hotspur and Fulham will field their strongest starting XI's at London Road when the trio visit for attractive pre-season friendlies in July.

Martin O'Neill's Villa side, which includes Emile Heskey, Ashley Young and John Carew, are the opponents for Darren Ferguson's team on Saturday 18th July (3pm) and three days later (Tuesday 21st July), Harry Redknapp will bring his star-studded Tottenham squad to London Road with Robbie Keane, Jermaine Defoe and Ledley King among the expected starters.

On Saturday 25th July (3pm), Roy Hodgson will bring his Fulham side to London Road and they will use the fixture as a warm-up for their Europa League campaign. Andrew Johnson, Danny Murphy and former Posh youngster Simon Davies are among the stars in the Fulham squad that will be on show.

'I have spoken to Martin, Harry and Roy personally and they have all confirmed that they will be playing their first team's against us and I am sure everyone will be looking forward to the games.
