Peterborough United entertain Colchester United at London Road on Saturday (3pm) in Coca-Cola League One action and there is set to be a healthy crowd inside the stadium thanks in part to the Posh Supporters' Trust who have introduced their 'New Fans Initiative' for this game.
Over 800 new fans will be watching the game from the Norwich and Peterborough Family Stand and with Posh unbeaten in 12 league games, there is sure to be a large crowd cheering Darren Ferguson's men on.
Last time out a goal from Aaron Mclean earned Posh a narrow 1-0 win at Yeovil Town while Colchester were beaten 2-0 by Walsall with former England striker Michael Ricketts amongst the scorers for the Saddlers.
TEAM NEWS
Posh are without Jamie Day (back), Shane Blackett (shoulder) and Chris Whelpdale (ankle), but goalkeeper Joe Lewis is set to recover from a bruised ankle sustained in the England under 21s this week.
Colchester have signed Plymouth front man Jermaine Easter on-loan and he will go straight into the squad to face Posh. Midfielder Kem Izzet is set to return after missing the U's defeat against Walsall with a shoulder problem. Chris Coyne is also in contention after returning from international duty with Australia. But Gillespie (hamstring), Paul Reid (toe) and Matt Lockwood (knee) are all still out.
MANAGER QUOTES
'We obviously want to continue our good run of form, but no game is easy despite team's positions in the league table. Colchester are managed by Paul Lambert, a fellow Scot, and he always gets his side's playing good football, so I am sure it will be an entertaining game to watch,' Ferguson said.
'When you win the team picks itself but when it goes bad, players will look over their shoulders. I want that to happen - I don't want the players to be in the comfort zone. If you have hungry players, you will go a long way. Colchester United has been a struggling club since the start of the season.
'The players have been battered and bruised for long enough. There had been negativity before I came in - I have only been here four or five weeks and I sensed the confidence was low. But the effort of the players since I've been here has been terrific,' Lambert said.
ONE TO WATCH
Jermaine Easter has scored a number of notable goals at London Road for former clubs and his pace will no doubt cause a few problems on Saturday. He scored a hat-full of goals for Wycombe Wanderers and that form earned him a move to Plymouth where first team opportunities have been limited.
