Last year Peterborough United set up their girls Advanced Centre squads. From a very successful trial day we were able to set up three Advanced Centre teams at under 10, 12 and 14 level. We selected players from across the City and played against some tough opposition which included Aston Villa, West Ham, Spurs and Norwich City.

The players performed to an excellent standard coming away with a couple of wins under their belts putting Peterborough United on the map for the girls. This year we are looking to be even better and with a high calibre of players we will be looking to run our trials on Saturday 20th June 2009 at Hampton College, Peterborough.

All players from last season will be re-trialling so we will be looking for full squads. With the Advanced Centre you still get to play with your local football team as well as enjoying the opportunity of going to other professional clubs to play some exciting games. Training sessions are usually on a Monday evening so as to not interfere with your club training night and matches are usually played in the school holidays. A perfect opportunity to develop your footballing standard and still play at your local club. To note this is NOT a Centre of Excellence.

All trials will be ran by Independent, professional scouts and FA Women & Girls Development Managers.

U10 - 10:00am - 11:00am
U12 - 11:15am - 12:15pm
U14 - 12:30pm - 1:30pm
U16 - 1:45pm - 2:45pm

Our development centre squads play in local leagues and all coaches are qualified female FA Coaches. You will get the opportunity to meet new people and players and be part of Peterborough United Girls joining in on all activities such as summer tournaments, pre-season friendlies, team building sessions and much more!
